Fruition Fruits & Fills came to
understand very quickly that different customers had different
requirements and constraints when looking at packaging
options.
As a result, Fruition Fruits & Fills
offers the widest range of packaging options in our industry.
From 1 Lb (1/2 Kg) piping bags to 2 Kg. pouches (4.4 lbs),
up to 1000 Kg. totes (2200 lbs.) and many different weights
and packaging formats in between. Fruition Fruits &
Fills can put your product in a packaging format that
meets all of your requirements.

Totes
Fruition Fruits & Fills offers two different
tote formats.
The first is a stainless steel tote which holds approximately
1000 kgs. (2200 lbs.) of product. This format is popular
in the dairy industry, particularly for yoghurt fruits,
but can easily be used in other (bakery/confection) industries.
The second tote, holds a similar amount
of product, but is in a collapsible format (4 sides fold over
one another). This provides freight savings on returns, as
approximately 10 empty totes can be stacked on an empty pallet.
Drums
Again, different facility demands have created
requirements that are similar in some ways, but different
in others.
- Metal Drums - this format holds approximately 200
kgs. (440 lbs.) of fruit product and is a one-way container.
- Fiber Drums - this packaging option is a one-way format
(recyclable), that holds approximately 120 kgs. (265
lbs.) of fruit filling or pastry topping product.
- Plastic Drums - similar to the fiber option, this format
is a one-way package, holding approximately 120 kgs. (265
lbs.) of product. It can be recycled or utilized by our customer
for alternative uses within their manufacturing facility.
Boxes
Fruition Fruits & Fills offers many different corrugated
box sizes. The most popular are the 15 kg. (33 lb.) and 20 kg.
(44 lb.) sizes. Each box includes a plastic liner which provides
protection for the product against foreign matter and spoilage.
Pails
Again, sizes of pails vary depending on the product and
the application. Most popular sizes hold 14 kg. (31 lbs.)
or 20 kg. (44 lbs.) of product. This packaging is frequently
used for icings and fondants, but can also accommodate
fruit fillings and pastry toppings.
Individual
Packages
Fruition Fruits & Fills currently packages product
in pouches holding 1 lb (1/2 kg) or 2 kgs (4.4 lbs) of
product. This allows a customer to open a small amount
of product, keeping the remaining product fresh and free
of any potential contaminants.
